In remembrance of my dearest friend Joo Meng

The day has come, finally for you to leave for your eternal journey...

I remember those days we spent as little childhood playmates, primary classmates and secondary school friends vividly, our time that we did everything together, eventually as each other’s comforting soul in our adult life. We sought comfort and solace in each other during many times of trial and sorrow, each memory is flashing back now, there is so much joy, happiness as well as tears and sadness... I cannot imagine my life ahead and for days to come without you...These memories are so precious now and I will hold them dearly as they are forever etched in my heart.

Thank you for every single day for the past many years that we have spent together. It is heart broken, I don’t wish to let you go but it has come to a time, I would let you be in HIS care, for you to live a happy and joyful life eternally.

Farewell my dearest friend, I love you. Be as pretty, lovely, cheerful and courageous as you always be.

I will hold you dearly in my heart till I hold you again in heaven.

The first time I knew you was through Suh Jiuan. She said you prefer Chinese congregation and request me to follow up with you. I was surprised that you have 2 young adult daughters and you looked like 30+ . Jokingly I asked how do you maintain such a youthful look. Tiff, you're really such a strong and courageous woman. Despite all the pain you have gone through, never once I heard you complaining, yet you still tried your best to come to church to worship.

I miss your beautiful smile..... and your cheerfulness. Goodbye Tiff. You have finished your race on earth. We shall meet again in heaven. See you!

Tiffany, I remember the first time we met in Sep last year. You were still cheerful despite the condition. Really treasure the time we spent to study the bible together.

The most memorable time for me is when you finally understood the love of God in sending His Son, Jesus, to pay for the penalty of your sins. I remembered that you prayed asking Jesus to forgive you of all your sins and accepted Him as your Lord and Saviour. That beautiful smile that came to your face spoke of the overwhelming joy that reigned in your heart. Knowing that there will be no more condemnation for those who are in Christ. Only a beautiful and glorious hope awaiting..

Now that you have entered into His glory, you're truly in a far better place. No more sorrows and no more pain. Though I miss you, I rejoice that we shall meet again! 💕 Sue
