This is hard for me... there are so many things I still wanna tell and share with you about. No words can express how badly I missed you. I guess we’ll have to be patient till we meet again. I love you and thank you for everything.

Its been a long day without you, my friend....

We live in an imperfect world...with disappointments, sadness and guilt facing us every day. Yet, you shone through that darkness with your beacon of hope and positive spirit.

Come to think about it, we hailed from very different backgrounds, yet we managed to bond as friends. And suddenly, you were gone.

Our journey to explore the best cuisines in this world will not be the same without you.

There is so so much that I wanted to say to you. But you are gone. I wanted to be angry. I wanted to be sad. But words get in the way. And then I realised, what a wonderful thing it is to be, to be with our Lord forever.

I guess we never count our blessings. You certainly are one of them.

Bro Ricky we ll always remember you as the sincere and the enthusiastic bro. In your recovery days you strived to serve with a joyful spirit often bringing us your smile as you grit your teeth. You were often asking whether someone needs to hitch a ride from you whenever you were here. You always end with overly generous “anything just call me”

Whenever we hangout with your family you never fail to show off all of Sembawang to all of us. The history of the place, your play dates , your young n mischievous stories, and all of its yummy food here and there.

If i were to re enact your young and furious days, I will imagine a adventurous Long haired rebel roaming from sg to far up northern msia bringing your beloved wife to impress her with how you navigate without GPS in a foreign land.

You were always generous with your time and witty humor whenever we greet you .. rushing off is never your thing.

Whenever we saw you lugging about with your breathing apparatus, frequently coughing breathing loudly and eating so little we worry for you but you always wanted to say you are “anytime ok”. Only your two darlings know the pain you endure as you told me “at this moment I m ok, any moment I might be not”.

We are proud of you for your living testimony that even in pain , uncertainties looming , you chose to honor God and serve Him. I strive to spread your generosity and hearty spirit in remembrance of u.

Ricky, it was too out of sudden!

We were still talking about organizing a gathering with the old pals on 1st Mar and you were called home 3days after then.

More than words to say bro, you and your signature smile will always be missed.

Ricky was a valuable part of the project team. He was always willing to go the extra mile for anyone that worked for him and he will be missed. He was a dedicated worker and was just content to do the best job he could. There is a hole in everyone's heart without Ricky's smile and work ethic. Know that he will be remembered and missed by all of us.

在此，我要为一个灵魂哭泣，天空留不下他的痕迹，虽然他已飞过。但他却永远活在我们心中。人的一生匆匆而过，有的人为金钱费尽一生，有的人为糜烂耗费生命，他却为理想，为家庭，亲人，为他所追求的一切最美好的，付出了一生。他用一生来证明自已存在的价值。请让我们这些活着的人为他做最后的告别。

All my happiness were wiped out with in seconds on 4 March 2019 when I learnt of you passed on. Your demise was a great shock to me and everyone. We grew beyond coworkers to great friend and though we seldom meet but I am glad we had kopi few months ago. You came all the way to my work place to catch up. With me. It was so nice and sweet of you. I am gonna miss your whatsapp nowadays. We frequently wadsapp each other on jokes, local news, sharing local political issues and nonsense. We talk anything and everything.

Ricky,you are such a loving, jovial fella that everyone adored you. Just mention your name brought smiles to everyone's face. And I must tell you, my dear friend that you will never be forgotten and I will have this piece of my heart that smiles whenever I think of you and our good old memories. I miss you.
